Joe Chan

Elder

Joe Chan is a returning elder.  He was a very early leader in the English congregation of W, helping to build the first English young adult fellowship.  Previously, he served in the council as deacon and elder.  Joe’s passion is in building up small groups and caring for leaders. Joe is married to Ching with three children.
